Opening Ceremony of the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center

State and local officials delivered remarks at the opening ceremony of the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center in Dorchester County, Md.,where abolitionist Harriet Tubman was born a slave in 1822.
